QuickBooks is bloated and slow. Xero is good but expensive. Bench just shut down. Wave got bought and stopped innovating. The 30 million small businesses across North America deserve better.
We started TinSuite after watching one too many cafe owners struggle to reconcile their Square sales with their QuickBooks chart of accounts at 11 PM on a Sunday.
Existing tools were either too expensive ($79/mo for QuickBooks Plus + $80/mo for QuickBooks POS), too generic (Xero never localized for the US sales tax mess), or too dead (Bench shut its doors in late 2024, leaving 35,000 businesses stranded).
So we built one product that does it all — accounting, invoicing, POS, taxes, payroll, banking — for the price of a Netflix subscription. Free for the first 5 invoices a month. Free forever for accounting firms.
Every product decision starts with: would a 5-person business in Saskatoon actually use this?
Customers shouldn't wait quarters for a fix. We deploy multiple times a day.
Your books are the most sensitive data you trust us with. We treat it that way.
Half of small businesses sell across the US/Canada border. We make that easy, not painful.
Started with a belief: QuickBooks is rotting and Bench is dying. Solo developers and tiny teams deserve better.
Free invoicing tool launched. 100 small businesses signed up in 2 weeks.
Stripe Terminal POS shipped. Plaid bank sync for 15,000+ US/CA banks.
Opened 1,000-spot accountant program. 380 firms signed up first month.
Mayıs 2026: full public launch with US + CA verticals, mobile apps, free invoice generator.
We're hiring across product, engineering, and customer success.
